HOEC strikes "First Oil" in Asjol field, and expands its portfolio (PY-3, CB-OS/1, AAP-ON-94/1, CB-ON-7 (Palej) and North Balol)

First offshore campaign at PY-1, and corporate headquarters move to Chennai

ENI UK acquires 20% additional shares, thereby taking total shareholding of promoters to 47.18%

Commercial production from PY-1 commences

Successfull drilling of ‘Dirok-4’ and submission of commercial discovery report. Downgrade of reserves from PY-1 post drilling of ‘Surya’ well

Mr. P. Elango and Mr. R. Jeevanandam join the board and the company begins its turnaround

"First Gas" from Dirok. PSCs of B-80 and Kherem, won in DSF-I are signed

Full commercial production from Dirok field. PY-1 revival campaign begins, and production increases from 2 mmscfd to 10 mmscfd

Focus on B-80 and Dirok phase-2 over the next 18-24 months
