Job Title : Sr. Manager / Manager – IT (Job code: HOEC/COR/ IT/202/007)
Industry : Oil and Gas ( Experience in Upstream Oil and Gas Industry is preferred)
Job Location : Chennai
Job description
Roles & Responsibilities :
  • Installing and maintaining LANs, WANs, network segments and both internet and intranet operations
  • The installation and maintenance of various applications, including hardware and software.
  • Monitoring network efficiency and maintaining effective security measures.
  • Modifying the performance of network systems as and when required
  • Overseeing potential upgrades, migrations, and repairs in order to improve system capabilities.
  • Working with a range of appliances, including servers, desktop and laptop computers, routers, printers, mobile phones, and tablets
  • As the IT Network Administrator, you will be working on:
  • Offshore/Onshore communication systems – VSAT and Microwave
  • SIEM Management
  • Network Vulnerability and Incident management
  • Intrusion detection & monitoring systems
  • Active Directory & Group Policy configuration / administration
  • Video conferencing systems (Cisco MX / DX, WebEx, Tandberg / Polycom)
  • Virtual infrastructures – VMware
  • Email filtering administration
  • Anti-virus (Symantec / SEP, Microsoft / Defender)
  • Handle other projects, duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Desired Candidate Profile :
  • Minimum 15+ years of experience post qualification
  • Interaction skills
  • Knowledge of compliances under the Companies Act and Regulations
  • Strong team player
  • Good communication skills.
Qualification : B . E / B. Tech ( ECE/ IT / CS or Equivalent)
