Mr. Baroruchi Mishra is techno-commercial leader with 35 years of experience in Oil & Gas and New Energies sector. He has a proven track record of shaping strategies and making material financial decisions working with Executive Level teams – either as a member of Decision Boards or as a decision maker. These decisions were taken in complex National and International business environments.
He currently works as Partner and Group CEO of NET Enterprise Group of companies which provides EPC, EPCM, PMC, specialized Front End Engineering (Concept Select and FEED) and Digitalization services (Industry 4.0 solutions including Digital Twins) globally. Litwin PEL, Abu Dhabi and dDriven Solutions Pte. Ltd., Singapore are the Group Companies of NET Enterprise. He started in this role in Sept 2023.
Before the above role, he worked with Shell as its Project Director for Growth and Transition Projects for India. He was responsible for growing Shell’s footprint in the Energy Transition Projects in India. In this role, Mr. Baroruchi led Shell’s efforts towards making India a Strategic Sourcing Destination for Shell Projects and Assets under the China +1 supply chain de-risking theme of Shell.
Mr. Baroruchi had joined Shell in 2013 as the Vice President for Engineering with direct responsibility for providing Engineering support to Shell Projects and Assets in the East – India, Middle East, SE Asia, Australia and China. In this role he was directly responsible for building the Shell Technology Centre and the R&D Labs in Bangalore as its Business Opportunity Manager and in-Country Project Head.
As the VP of Engineering, Mr. Baroruchi was the Decision Executive for construction of 5 tonne/day Demo Plant of an Industry-First “Waste to Fuels Techology” of Shell called IH2; he was directly responsible for steering the R&D efforts to mature this technology of Shell. In this role, he also served as a Board Member of Shell Global Solutions, Malaysia.
He also worked as the GM and Head of Shell’s LNG Programme office based in the Netherlands and as GM of Project Performance Assurance and Benchmarking for Shell Projects and Technology.
Prior to joining Shell, he worked with BG Group as the Technical Director for BG Asia Pacific Ltd based in Bangkok, and as the Director for Projects and Operations for BG Exploration and Production India Ltd. based in Mumbai with direct P&L responsibility for Panna. Mukta and Tapti fields.
Mr. Baroruchi started his career as an engineer with ONGC and worked for Enron and Cairn Energy for some parts of his career.
He is also an Author (published – Rhythm of Life – A Poetic Rendition of the Bhagavad Gita). He has published multiple articles in various magazines on topics related to Energy Transition and Leadership.
He is a Member on the Board of Living Peace Projects – a Not-For-Profit organization based in the Netherlands which spreads awareness and builds rainwater harvesting and sanitation structures in India.
Mr. Baroruchi obtained his B-Tech degree in Petroleum Engineering from IIT (ISM-Dhanbad). He is a Chartered Manager; he obtained the Chartership after completing his Business Administration from the Chartered Managers Institute, UK.
He also serves as an Adjunct Faculty at the IIT – ISM (Dhanbad) for CCUS and ECBM disciplines in the Petroleum Engineering Department.
It is pertinent to mention that Mr. Baroruchi was selected for the Indian Civil Services in 1992 and was awarded a “Group A” position in the Civil Services. He did not join the Services and continued to pursue his career in the Energy Sector.
Mr. Baroruchi was also shortlisted for the Chairman and Managing Director position of ONGC in the year 2022 by the Public Enterprise Selection Board. A public sector candidate was eventually selected for this position.
Mr. Ashok Kumar Goel is a serial entrepreneur with various businesses. Currently he is investing in different businesses of finance, manufacturing and start-ups focused more on ventures which have positive social and environmental impact. As Chairman, he oversees the management of EsselWorld, the largest amusement park in the country and Water Kingdom, one of the largest Theme Water Parks in Asia. An avid traveller and fuelled by his personal fervour for the amusement industry, he has visited almost every amusement park in the world. He was Chairman and Managing Director of Essel Propack Limited (now EPL Ltd) until 2019 when he divested his majority stake. He has successfully led the integration of a complex and diverse range of technologies and processes and achieved operational efficiencies and overall integration of different cultures and processes. Mr. Ashok Goel has been President of various Industry associations and serves on the Boards of listed and unlisted companies. He is actively associated with several educational, medical, social institutions & philanthropic causes.

Mr. Rohit Rajgopal Dhoot is the Managing Director of Dhoot Industrial Finance Limited since 1994 and has an opulent experience of more than 25 years. When qualified, he achieved the distinction of being one of the youngest Chartered Accountants in the country. He joined the management of Dhoot Industrial Finance Limited in 1988 as a director of the Company and was incharge of marketing and expansion of business. He has an all- encompassing background and experience in Finance, Banking, Mergers and Acquisitions, Strategic Planning, Restructuring Operations, Export Marketing, Trading and Logistics, International Business Relations and Collaborations & Joint Ventures.
Mr. Ramasamy Jeevanandam has an overall experience of more than 41 years in various aspects of finance, listing, funding, finalization of accounts and taxation of Upstream Oil & Gas industry in India. Before joining HOEC, he functioned as CFO & Director at Hardy Exploration & Production (India) Inc. He started his career with ONGC in 1982. He is a CPA (USA), CGMA (USA), Qualified Cost Accountant, Chartered Financial Analyst and Company Secretary with a bachelor’s degree in Law.

Dr. Jagadip Narayan Singh, aged 66 years, was the former Chief Secretary of Gujarat and has extensive experience leading large-scale state enterprises and government departments. He currently serves as an Independent Director for four companies, including three within the IL&FS group, where he was appointed to stabilize operations following government intervention.
Since joining the IAS in 1983, he has consistently held high-level roles in finance, revenue and administration, building a legacy of fiscal management and strategic sector reform.
His governance expertise is further recognized by the Central Vigilance Commission, which appointed him as an Independent External Monitor (IEM) for major public sector units like MSTC Ltd, following his appointments at Bharat Petroleum, Central Bank of India and Cochin Shipyards Ltd
He has contributed substantially to gas and petroleum sectors. As Chairman and MD of various Gujarat state entities, he has spearheaded the financial turnaround of GSPC, the expansion of the GSPL gas transportation network, and led Gujarat Gas to become a highly profitable and fleet footed company in piped gas supply.
Additionally, his tenure as Member Finance at the National Highway Authority of India (NHAI) was marked by the country’s most significant period of growth in Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects.
He holds a Doctorate in Political Science from MS University, Vadodara, Master’s in Development Management from the Asian Institute of Management, Philippines and an MA in International Politics from JNU, Delhi.

She also has a long list of additional qualifications that include Shipping Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad and is a Customs License Holder (Rule 9), Mumbai. In her long career in Heavy Lift Projects Logistics, she has previously headed PAN projects / Oil & Gas for the South Asia Region as a part of the Panalpina Group.
